What would be the best type of wood to use for an antique style display case for baseball cards?
I'm designing a custom case and needs some ideas and suggestions to make a really premium wall mounted display case - any comments would be great
I would avoid wood with an odor (oak) as it will permeate your cards. I like the idea of a walnut. Maybe a green felt backdrop inside. Also make sure that you get glass that will protect the cards from fading.
