What else could i use to roll my own cigar or cigarette?

I cant get rolling paper becasue im to young and i have to be 18 so i was wondering what i could use besides rolling paper to make my cigar and cigarette. Also what could i use to make the paper stick so it will stay closed and tight for use? thanks

Do not smoke paper that is not meant to be smoked. It has dangerous chemicals in it. If you need to smoke, and you have tobacco, but no way to smoke it, and you can’t get a rolling paper, try this. Take a pen and stab into an apple from the top, about halfway through. Now stab it from the side, halfway through. Blow through the hole to get the apple chunks out, and put your tobacco in the top. It will work pretty good for a pipe.
