what happened to colibri of london?

i went to go buy a new lighter and i saw this beutifal Colibri of london lighter. it was 40 percent off so i got it and it works perfect. but the guy at the cigar store told me that colibri of london went for bankruptcy. what happened to them exactly? are they going to return or was he mistaken?

Went bankrupt in January but now back.
