If the speed of water in the pipe is 3.4 m/s, what is its speed as it exits the shower-head openings?

A shower head has 20 circular openings, each with radius 0.80 mm. The shower head is connected to a pipe with radius 0.94 cm.

3.4 m/s = 3400 cm/sec

3400x9.4 = 31960 cc/sec into the shower head and out through 20 holes or 1598 cc/sec per hole
1598/.08cm/100 = 200 m/sec
