Where do I find the recipie for "wonder waffles" that are made in England??

I have several friends who recently went to England and they had some things called "wonder waffles" and they didn't think about asking about the recipie or trying to figure out what they are made of. One of the girls, her birthday is coming up and it would be totally amazing if I could make a wonder waffle like what she had in England. She said that they were really really sweet and that they had been served with ice cream and a cherry on top of the waffles that her and her friends had (if that helps anyone to know what I am talking about)
Please let me know where I can find the recipie on the web because it would mean so much to her if I could make one for her for her birthday!!

Wonder Waffles
Ingredients

21/2 c. sifted cake flour
4 t. baking powder
1 t. salt
1/4 t. ground nutmeg
2 t. ground cinnamon
3 eggs separated
13/4 c. milk
1/2 c. Libby�s solid pack pumpkin
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Directions

Preheat waffle iron. In a large bowl, sift together dry ingredients. In a medium bowl, beat egg yolks. Add milk, pumpkin, and butter and mix well. Add to dry ingredients, mixing until thoroughly blended. Stir in nuts. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold into batter. Pour 1 cup batter onto hot, lightly oiled waffle iron. Cook 3 to 5 minutes, or until golden brown. Repeat until all batter is used.
