The state of CT has raised the taxes on cigarettes yet again and the incredible amount that I would be forced to pay on an almost daily basis is staggering. If i were to consider buying cigarettes online from another state or from another country would that be considered illegal? Also how do I find a reputable and inexpensive place to buy from?

Some states require that you paid them taxes for online sales, even if it’s not cigarettes.
