Straight Grain
i had a mind grains for a week straight what could it be and i have it threw out the day off and on?
it is migraines, not mind grains and many people have them. Many times, no cause can be found. My own daughter is like this.
There are many triggers(things or foods that can start a migraine)
Caffiene, red wine, chocolate, certain cheeses, fatigue, not drinking enough water, not getting enough sleep, drinking a lot of alcohol.
Generally, they do not come and go through(not THREW) out the day so you may have a sinus infection or need glasses or maybe your glasses are bent or you need new ones.
Many causes for these headaches, most of them not serious.
