Is It Legal To Buy Cigarettes Online In The United States?
I am 27 years of age and live in Georgia..
Also is it safe to order online with credit card? Are the sites scams and will get your cc number and take money but not send cigarettes? Any information would help..
Thanks!!
I'm not trying to avoid taxes I just would like to get them cheaper..
Are all online orders tax free? Cause I dont want that to happen to me..
I think it's legal however if you are avoiding tax, you will eventually be taxed.
had some friends a few years ago who bought cigs online for about 17.00 a carton. Problem is they got taxed at year end for them and went in debt to pay for the tax. It still caught up with them.

many online cigarettes vendors report your purchases to your state tax authority and you will be taxed at the end of the year

Check this site out – it’s an electronic cigarette that’s ultimately much cheaper than regular cigarettes. It puts out water vapor instead of smoke, but tastes and feels just like "real" smoke. You can choose the level of nicotine you want – and the nicotine comes from vegetables rather than from tobacco. So, no known carcinogens. You can smoke it anywhere you want because it doesn’t bother people.
