After suffering several weeks from clonazepam withdrawal, my symptoms finally subsided. Yesterday I smoked a?
whole cigar, and when I woke up the next morning the withdrawal symptoms were back (anxiety, fear, shaking inner jitteriness). This is scary because it means that just because I cannot feel the symptoms, they are still there, and I can never be sure when they will go away. So I can't eat sweets, smoke or drink. For how long is this torture going to last?
Most of it is psychological now, but maybe not all. You also have the underlying problem that you were taking Klonopin. If it was anxiety, most likely your anxiety has returned. If so, see a doctor or more preferably a psychiatrist. Antidepressants work fairly well on anxiety and are not addictive like Klonopin. Therapy also helps a lot on anxiety issues.
