There are other drawbacks to packing this particular machine too tight. First, it might jam. If it does, don’t force the handle. Put the handle back in the start position and clear the packed tobacco. I use a chopstick to get it back into the hopper, then dump it and pack less. This is more likely if you have finely shredded tobacco. You also might bend or break the spoon, (the metal piece that comes out to load the cigarette) luckily spoons only cost $1.50 from Premiere. $.80 a pack, not bad.

If you want the marlboro tast buy Gamblers tobacco non Menthol mix with Premier and buy RIZILA tubs again non Menthol and it will tast like a Marlboro. Eash cig rolled takes 5.2 grams of tobacco. If u cant find the tubes I use just buy Premier KING SIZE. The machine wont work without that size of tube.

My Premier …
My Premier Supramatic just died last night on me and I just ordered this Excel. Machines are so much easier and create more uniform cigarettes than the hand injectors. I could make a pack in under 5 minutes.
Really upset here because not only did my machine die last night but discovered the hand injector was broken. Had to buy cigarettes today at $8.00 a pack.
Using Red Cap costs about $10 carton!
For all of those who do choose to smoke, making your own is the way to go.

Just wanted to say thanks for your vid on this. My father and I both smoke and the price for cigs was getting way out of hand. My cousin started rolling her own so I figured I would too.
I got the small $4 hand held and it’s ok but after watching this, think I will upgrade to this model.
I’ve been using pipe tobacco. Not sure if others do or not. The only downside I can see is that I have to cut the tobacco some but it smokes just like my reg cigs. Red Cap brand is what I use. Nice and smooth.
