Buying Cigarettes Online With Visa Gift Card?
My brother and I are underage. We bought a hookah and some shisha online with a visa gift card. Can you do the same when buying cigarettes or papers online? How come companies don't know about this?
Depending on the company, yes it will work. Why would you want to smoke cigarette when you have a hookah and can purchase shisha though?

probably would work. Maby because we dont’ care if you die of lung cancer before your are overage if you are that stupid to smoke.
