baby burned with cigarette on arm by grandmother still gets to see grandson?

this crazy chic left her son with her mother and it was burned on the arm with cigarettes but, yet grandmother can still babysit. How crazy is that? he is now called burned baby and has a scar for life both internal/external
It was on purpose and CPS is already involved so I did my part but, she still allows grandmother with her child. Yes, smoking should not ever be around children period!!!

If you are serious and are upset by this you need to inform your local children services agency. Do you have proof? Does the baby still have a mark? CSB will need to investigate to determine if this is a safe environment for a child.
