I need a good Prepaid cell phone plan, where I can buy minutes with CASH.?
Alright guys, I'm trying to find a good prepaid phone and plan, where I can buy minutes and texts with cash when I need refills. I'm under 18 without a credit card, so I have no way to pay for a contract with a card, band account, etc.
If you guys could suggest a good phone, company, and plan, that I could buy reffill cards for with cash, that would be great. I'd need to be able to buy the reffils in an accessible place, like radioshack, or a gas station. I'd also need to be able to conduct everything without a credit card, a SSN, etc.
I'm on a pretty low budget, so the lower the price, the better I feel. I won't be texting or talking that much, so I'm looking to just buy a refill, and when I run out of my messages and minutes, I'll buy another. But if there are other plans that would fit my mold, please feel free to suggest them.

Try Virgin Mobile. You can buy top-up cards to replenish your account - there is no contract - and the connection is always good. You can subscribe to a monthly plan if you wish, it's cheaper and if you don't pay up there is no penalty. Check their website.
