Is there a law against smoking indoors in Missouri in an office setting?
I work at a car dealership (in the office) and I can't stand it anymore. I can't breathe and my clothes and hair smell like an ashtray when i get home.
I ignore it (i'm italian) but i suppose, studiyng law, that if health is a constitutional right, as in italy, maybe you could obtain some restrictive order.
Of course, I'm not shure of this.
Maybe you should try to get an agreement with the boss, the owner of your car dealership...
I just say in italy there is a law ilke that, and it's not allowed to smoke in all public exercises (shops, but also offices, etc.).
I, as a smoker, totally agree with this choice, expecially towards chidren.
