Shisha Herbal Molasses Hookah??? Help?

Hi guys, Need an a few answers on Shisha, And Hookah?
Ive never tried it before. I'm not a smoker or drug user and I would not be using tabbacco with it.
But i have heard the herbal Molasses Can reduce your stress, and has no tabbacco, tar, or niccotine in it. and thats its 100% herbal, I wanted to see if it really does reduce stress, as i have a very hectic Lifestyle. and wanted to 'calm down' without using cigarettes or anything else
I am Trying to figure out if this is correct? that it is 100% herbal and has nothing dodgy in it?
I wanted to try out some herbal fruit flavours. Best answer to someone who had tried Shisha Pipe Before. As i am a beginner..

There are several Major Brands of Herbal Molasses: Hydro, Soex, Black Label, Saalaam, High-Life, El Rosha, ane Evolution Tea.

With the exception of Evolution Tea (which uses Teas Leaves as an herb and tastes like toe fungus) they all use Sugar Cane Bagasse which isn't a known stress reliever.

Evolution Tea, is pretty disgusting all though it uses tea leaves, as a base I can't get a straight answer as to what kind of tea leaves they use. So I can't say with 100% certainty.
