What is the best smoke mixture for a hookah? ( what liquid to put in the vase for the best flavored smoke)?

Simple answer is water. Always keep the base majority water. Ice and cold will help produce bigger clouds, but it will also reduce flavor.
All around good base setup I use a lot. Water, 2 shots of vodka, and place in the fridge for 30 minutes then setup and smoke.
As far as tobacco, Blueberry Mint is an amazing combo to mix.
